Prices shown are current as of October 2013 for products purchased directly from Rack Release Systems.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Other than Canada): A minimum order of $150.00 is required for all orders placed outside of the US .

Payment Options:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also accept credit card and e-check payments via Paypal.

Non Paypal credit card orders are not charged until orders are  ready to ship. 

Delivery & Shipping:

All domestic US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  
Orders received by 12:00 noon PST will normally ship the same day.

International Customers:  

Shipping charges do not include any import fees such as duties and taxes.  international customers are responsible for all import fees as may be imposed by their respective import/customs authorities.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:  

Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. 
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. 
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
